ABOUT US:
At Bizcap, we believe that Australian small businesses should have fast access to the capital they need to grow, even if they don’t have the ‘perfect credit score’. We’re Australia’s most open-minded lender and proud to provide Australian small businesses with loans from $5K-$600K within 3 hours!
We were established just over a year ago and are now on the hunt for a BDM to join the Partnerships team and support our next phase of growth! The role can be located in either Melbourne or Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our partners and client’s outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. The BDM role will work with our partners (Brokers and Aggregators) to maintain and grow relationships and in turn achieve amazing results for all involved!

What you'll be doing:

Being a driving force within our existing partnerships sales team
Receiving leads of qualified prospects each month from our partners and moving them through the sales process to settlement and ensuring the right people.
Supporting Head of Partnerships and the MD with receiving leads each month from our partners and moving them through the sales process to settlement and ensuring the right people
Identifying opportunities within our partners and working with Head Of Partnerships to increase further opportunities
Attending and selling from events, majority will be through webinars or zooms
Building and nurturing relationships with partners
Tight opportunity management to ensure inbound leads and deals are managed for maximum conversion
Developing and executing on conversion strategies monthly
Working closely with Sales & credit teams to ensure smooth transitions for customers and the brokers
Helping other team members to succeed
Keeping up to date data and notes within Salesforce and relevant systems to ensure information flow and optimal customer experience
Putting in the necessary work ethic and inputs each month to drive you and the team you are part of targets
Communicating effectively to ensure any challenges can be resolved and any opportunities maximised
Working continuously to improve your skills and capabilities

ABOUT YOU:

You have proven sales skills
Following a clearly defined sales process
Time Management
CRM experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
