Your new company
This not-for-profit organisation who are located in Kensington that specialise in salary packaging and business consulting to help the Not for Profit sector achieve its social objectives. The company is about to go through an exciting change and are looking to recruit a permanent Business Analyst to join them on their journey.

Your new role
You will be working on a range of up and coming IT and Business Improvement projects to support business initiatives. Some projects include working on company portals (front end and back end), business intelligence and a Microsoft Dynamics project.

What you'll need to succeed
Above all they are looking for a real passion for working in a not for profit organisation and wanting to be a part of the businesses future growth.

Working with stakeholders to gather precise requirements
'As is' and 'to be' process mapping
Performing any gap analysis
Have good documentation skills - this role will also require the documentation of business processes
Stakeholder engagement - always asking the 'why'
Understand how to speak 'data' not necessarily a data guru, but can understand the speak and the importance of data
Coming up with solutions and being able to articulate these solutions to stakeholders
Understand how change affects the business
Understanding of Fringe Benefit Tax - desirable
Microsoft Dynamics knowledge - desirable
