Bexley Dental offers a wide range of dental services tailored to our patient's individual needs, in a comfortable and incredibly friendly atmosphere.Our practice is currently seeking a highly motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

The Heart of the Role:

Be the first point of contact for our patients on busy reception desk - meet and greet patients in a warm & friendly manner
Patient management; accurately enter patient details, check and processing patient billing using EFTPOS & HiCaps terminal
Promptly answer busy phone, making & confirming patient appointments
Provide assistance in sterilisation and infection control solutions
Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management

About you:

A passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential
A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Professional attitude and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
Minimum 2 years Dental Receptionist experience is preferred
High levels of computer literacy
Proven ability to cope with high pressure situations, plus experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
