The Role

Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Clinical Manager for a leading Aged Care provider located on the beautiful Gold Coast.

The facility holds great internal structure, working alongside a highly experienced Clinical Facility Manager and working alongside another Clinical Manager – excellent support and a great team environment.
To be successful you must be a motivated and hands on clinical expert, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Ensures delivery of quality clinical and person first care for all residents
Oversees coordination of ACFI assessments
To mentor and lead a team
Overseeing Medication management
Care planning and evaluation
Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards

Role Requirements

Current and valid AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Care Manager
Strong leadership abilities
Expert clinician and care planning capabilities
Knowledge of ACFI
Strong communication and relationship building skills
