Primary Requirements

Developing strong outcome driven relationships with clients and candidates
Delivering end to end 360 recruitment solutions
Growing revenue with existing contacts and new businesses
Talent pooling and market/project mapping
Recruiting both temporary and permanent positions
Building effective marketing and recruitment campaigns
Managing timesheets and coordinating with HR/Payroll
Maintain high level of professionalism and accuracy to detail.
Managing compliance relating to employment documentation and administration
Provide reports to management on allocations
Bulk Support Worker Recruitment Campaigns
Account Management - Inclusive of Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks & Employee Appraisals

Key Skills & Character Attributes

Minimum 3 years Recruitment Industry Experience
Experience working with recruitment software
An understanding of Awards, IR and HR related matters
A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals
Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills
The ability to work and respond positively under pressure
High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
