The Company

Kerwin Rae is a leading High Performance Coach/Business Strategist/Social Media Icon/Podcaster who specialises in providing small to medium sized business owners the tools, strategies and tactics to accelerate growth and overcome the obstacles they encounter on their journey as an entrepreneur.

The Role

Due to our continued and exciting growth, we are looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist to join our amazing team who are focused on taking Kerwin's mission global!

This role is pivotal in our expansion plans, and reporting directly into our Head of Marketing you will focus on implementing the paid media strategy across our platforms including Facebook Advertising, Retargeting, and Google Adwords with a focus on lead acquisition. Working with an amazing media and marketing team, this is the perfect opportunity to move in-house and retain all the things you love about agency!

What will you be doing?

Create effective Facebook advertising campaigns that deliver high quality leads
Closely manage the paid media budget and deliver on our CPL and CPA targets
Liaise with the design and creative team to brief them on the assets needed for the lead funnels
Oversee optimisation of all Paid Media lead generation assets and identify drivers for future success
General tasks relating to digital marketing and ad-hoc duties and responsibilities in line with departmental needs

Ideally you will have:

Minimum 2 years experience within digital marketing roles
Understanding of consumer behaviour/psychology drivers
Some exposure to end to end funnel management and lead acquisition strategy in a B2B or B2C environment
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other social media paid advertising platforms
Sound understanding of SEO, landing page best practice, marketing automation
Strong understanding of the entrepreneurship and business landscapes
Experience using Active Campaign, Iconosquare, Buffer, Google Analytics, Creator Studio, Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Lead Pages, Wordpress
