The role:

Purchasing and Administration support, working directly with the Procurement Manager, this role is responsible (after acknowledgement of order) for keeping up to date records of data, delivery ETAs and following up to make sure everything runs on schedule.

You will work closely with internal and external departments to provide a high level of customer service, coordination, support and resolutions.

Location: Thebarton

Position: full time
Contract: temporary, ongoing, with the view to permanency in the future for the right candidate

Duties:

database and spreadsheet management
tracking and following up delivery progress
assistance with stock management
support to the parts and customer service departments as required
accurate and prompt data entry and records management

Required Skills:

high level of customer service and professional phone manner
excellent written and verbal communication
ability to manage high workload and expectations of stakeholders
demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
natural problem solver and ability to think outside of the box
strong computer and MS Office suite skills - strong Excel skills with V-lookup experience ESSENTIAL
proven planning and organisational skills

Working with Project Managers under pressure, you must have great interpersonal skills, be able to plan, think proactively, re-asses and re-prioritise when necessary, manage expectations and work towards quick and high goal posts whilst maintaining a positive and energetic demeanour - the team spirit is high in this group!
