PROPERTY MANAGER - HAWTHORN

Our client is recognised throughout Melbourne, priding themselves on there commitment, quality of service and integrity. With over 40 years experience in the Real Estate industry, they are looking for an experience Property Manager to take control of their current portfolio of 155 clean properties in Hawthorn & Kew area.

Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday (1 in 4)

Title:
Portfolio Manager (Property Manager)

Salary:
$70,000/annum + 9.5% Superannuation + Commission Structure:
+ $150/month for KPI's (Based on Arrears and Vacancy Rates <3%)
+ Phone & iPad

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of 155 properties based in the Booroondara area
Handling Rent Reviews
Liaising with tenants & landlords
End to End Property Management including Leasing
Maintenance & Liasing with Trades

The Candidate:

Previous Property Management experience IDEAL
Experience using Console & Inspect Real Estate ideal but NOT essential
A current certificate of Registration, car & driver's licence
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
