Hours/Period of Appointment

Permanent, part time, day work working 37 hours per fortnight to commence as soon as possible. Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Note: This selection process may be used to fill casual roles if applicable.

Duties

Provide efficient clerical and reception support within the Specialist Clinics Department in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The position involves a high standard of customer focused reception skills and a wide range of clerical functions.

Essential Requirements

The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:

1. Conviction checks in the following areas:a) Crimes of Violence
b) Sex Related Offences
c) Serious Drug Offences
d) Crimes involving dishonesty
2. Identification check

3. Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
