Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this position will see you playing an essential part in assisting and implementing both internal and external communication strategies. This is an integral role that is part of a national marketing team, where you will be responsible for the delivery of clear and compelling messages to all company employees, franchisees and consumers across traditional and digital channels.

The Position

In the role of Communications and Content Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

Development and implementation of creative content across various channels to attract, inform and engage internal and external audiences
Manage and optimise the organisations internal communication channels
Ensuring consistency of messaging across campaigns and brand
Increase engagement of internal and external channels
Work with the internal designer/digital media specialist to provide content and ensuring consistency of messaging
Support the external media/PR consultant to coordinate and deploy media releases including the logistics for interview, filming and photography
Social media calendar and strategy planning, scheduling and writing posts across various social media accounts
Internal intranet maintenance and upkeep
Work closely with the products team to launch new products to the network
Work alongside the CEO to write video scripts etc.

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Communications and Content Executive will have:

Previous experience in a Communications role is essential
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Media, Public Relations and/or Communications along with relevant industry experience is highly regarded
Excellent copywriting skills with proven experience in developing creative and engaging communications
Effective written and verbal communication skills is a must, including producing content quickly and effectively at a high standard
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across the business
High degree of attention to detail and focus on quality delivery
Ability to work in a team, great time management and organisational skills
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end communication across traditional and digital channels
Previous experience in real estate/property will be highly regarded however is not essential
