Portfolio located in the southeast suburbs
Tenant Services Manager who takes all tenant enquiry, applications, maintenance, etc
Shared Assistant Property Manager
No leasing = No A/H's appointments or Saturdays
Supportive HOD that is there to help with the tough stuff & bounce ideas off
