About the Company

Our client enjoys helping their customers create the most memorable parties, events, and exhibitions and are one of West Gippsland's most reliable and experienced party and balloon hire companies.

About the Role

As the customer service store assistant, you will be part of a small, close knit team who pride themselves in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. The working hours will be Saturday 9am-3pm where you will receive training in the role from the minute you start, then once fully trained there will be more shifts available through-out the week. An exciting part of the role will be the balloon crafting, in which you could make anything from balloon arches to centre pieces. You will also have the opportunity to deliver any supplies needed for customers, with the company van.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring customers receive prompt service
Balloon craft - you will be trained on how to do balloon crafting
Ensuring that goods are correctly displayed
Stock replenishment
Delivery of orders to customers with company van

Skills and Experience

Previous customer service experience
Experience working in the party hire industry is advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Must hold a current Victorian Manual driving licence
