About the role

Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Local Government business unit based on the sunny Sunshine Coast. You will be an integral part of this close-knit team in supporting existing customers with our leading Inspection and Maintenance Management software ‘Reflect’. Reporting to the Consultancy Manager you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are trained in using our application and answering any queries. Supported by the team you will be pivotal in maintaining and exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will be comfortable liaising with customers on the field as well as in the boardroom and have a natural ability to adapt to your audience. You will be a highly organised individual with a strategic lens with an opportunity to work across the organisation and broaden Civica offerings.

Responsibilities

Managing the existing customers and resolving their queries in order to act as a champion for their business needs
Provide training for our customers on our product/s
Partner with clients to determine their present and future needs and advise appropriate solutions, products, services or upgrades
Continue to build and hold our customers trust and confidence by providing them the best service

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. You will also demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Maintenance or Asset Management
Someone who is self-motivated
