A permanent, full-time opportunity looking for an experienced and highly polished Office Manager/ Executive Assistant with extensive experience within the Professional Services.

Our client is a household name within the Property and Real Estate world and like many other businesses, are currently seeing light at the end of the Covid Tunnel and are putting plans in motion to hire into their team in the coming weeks. Experiencing an exciting period of growth, our client who are currently based in an centrally located, busy office in the CBD are looking to add to their support staff in the form of an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant.

Description

The key accountabilities of the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant will include but may not be limited to-

Executive Assistant responsibilities;

Extensive diary management and meeting coordination;

Working with internal Finance to handle invoice and expense management;

Organise business travel where necessary and applicable;

Marketing responsibilities;

Organise and coordinate marketing campaigns;

Creating, booking and proofreading marketing material;

Preparation of written correspondence, marketing proposals and vendor marketing reports;

Recording and management of all published marketing;

Social media management;

Office Management responsibilities;

Ongoing management of the company operations manual and project management;

Implementation and up-keep of CRM's and software's;

Preparation of agency agreements;

Coordination of internal and external events;

Point of contact and daily management of the company Virtual Assistant;

Data entry and database maintenance;

Supporting the wider team with administrative needs;

Manage weekly sales meetings and reports

Maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Be the office go to person!

Profile

The successful candidate must posses the following in order to be considered for the position;

Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal;
Proven experience within a Team Administration or Office Management role;
Previous experience and exposure to extensive diary and calendar management;
Highly developed computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Ability and desire to work in a high pressured, sales environment;
Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
High levels of professionalism and polished presentation;
Experience with social media platforms;
A Bachelor degree will be considered highly advantageous.

Job Offer

A permanent, full-time role is on offer to a well presented and experienced Office Manager/ Executive Assistant. Offering between $75,000 and $90,000 inclusive of super, this role is suited to a tech-savvy, social media whizz with a passion for all things Professional Service.
