This role in beautiful docklands consists of managing 190 residential properties within 3 buildings (200m or so apart from each other)! High density apartments, low maintenance, get all your routines, condition reports done in a single day! Properties just meters from the office.

Property Manager Role
Established but boutique agency - high end properties!
Up to $80,000 Salary Package + Commissions for leasing and new business!
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm with 1 in 5 Saturdays with Time in lieu

The Candidate MUST have:

Previous Property Management experience
Agents Representative Certificate & Driver's License
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
