The Position

In the role of Executive Assistant/Business Unit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Run the Principal and sales team's diaries, appointment booking and email management
Organise all property marketing, coordinate and attend photoshoots and liaise with photographers, interior designers and other suppliers
Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors throughout the sales process
Prepare listing presentations and oversee all sales administration including preparation of proposals, pre-listing kits, letters and other documents
Manage property and agent marketing, social media accounts and advertising campaigns
Database maintenance, managing quotes and budget reporting

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant/Business Unit Manager will have:

A demonstrated track record in real estate Executive Assistant, Operations/Office Manager or Sales Support role (minimum 5 years' experience)
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Proven experience working alongside a top performer who operates at an extremely fast pace
Absolute A Grade presentation, a professional demeanour and first-class communication skills
Someone with the confidence and backbone to motivate a team and keep them on track
You will be a true support person who thrives behind the scenes and wants to make this function your own long-term
You need to be proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile and work collaboratively to achieve results
