Position: ICT Customer Support Officer

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $63,000.00 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Eagle Farm QLD 4009

Our client is seeking an experienced full time ICT Customer Support Officer. You will act as the first point of contact for all IT related questions. Responsible for administering all company IT operations and providing IT support to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the use of third party software as far as Super User rights allowed for specified software and perform diagnosis of faults to ensure optimum performance when required.

Tasks required include:

Ensure computers are operating in line with Server GPO.
Manage companywide site IT.
Set up of new machines on Network.
Administrator level for third party software as per software user limitations.
PetNet system administration.
Zoho system administration.
IPECS and CCS system administration.
MS 365 system administration.
Dynamics system administration.
Integration and development of new technologies.
Assist in the management of users, their accounts, and profiles.
Assist with testing and implementation of systems.
Maintenance of database programs.

Requirements:

Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification
At least three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
Minimum 4 years proven prior experience in ICT or similar field
Experience with routing and switching hardware and software
Experience with wireless networking technology
Experience with server systems and mobile device application delivery systems for the delivery of end user applications
High level of computer literacy; MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Knowledge of system management and monitoring
Possess knowledge of up to date information systems processes and practices.
