Executive Assistant - Chief Transformation Office (Business)

How will I help?

As an Executive Assistant in the Chief Transformation Office (Business), you will be working in a fast paced and results focused environment providing an outstanding level of administrative support. This position is a shared resource amongst the function- supporting the Head of Strategic Programs and Head of Controls & Monitoring. Your role is to provide high quality administrative and operational support to management and teams. You will be providing appropriate business analysis for key reporting requirements as well as preparing presentations materials and reports as required. You will also provide financial administration and support for expenditure, account payments and reconciliations as well as monitor and follow up on team compliance. Additionally, you will maintain a support network amongst the EA community to share best practice and ensure consistency where appropriate.

What do I need?

You will have experience as an Executive Assistant for Senior Management in a large organisation. You will be self- motivated and enjoy working at times autonomously and at times as part of a strong support team. You will have a passion and interest in our people succeeding within the CTO Business Team. You will also have highly developed communication skills as you will be a key liaison point with business stakeholders. Your extensive knowledge of large organisation's policies, procedures, systems & functions along with strong forward planning and always thinking ahead mindset is also essential to the success of this role.
