Our client is a very well established Gold Coast based accounting practice. With a reputation for delivering exceptional service, their client base consists of a stable of very loyal, and very high end individuals and families.

To continue the growth curve they have been experiencing for a number of years, they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) team.

This is a pivotal role in the team, and you will be responsible for:

providing administrative support to the SMSF Manager
using SMSF software BGL (experience in this is highly desirable, but can be trained)
utilising the Tax Agent Portal
handling client inquires, appointments and follow ups
collating end of year client reports & packages
conducting title searches for properties
managing, saving and emailing client correspondence
arranging client meetings
general office duties, scanning and filing

Your experience in an accounting practice would be ideal, but isn't strictly compulsory; we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
high level attention to detail
the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines whilst retaining accuracy of your work
impeccable presentation and professionalism
outstanding client communication, both in person and via phone
advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
highly motivated with a desire to advance your skills and career
the ability to work in a team, helping out wherever you're required
