Labourpower are seeking experienced Contact Centre Personnel/Administration, for our client based South West of Adelaide CBD.

The position;

To ensure efficient and effective allocation, organisation and preparation of service delivery works. This may include, but not limited to works within the Plumbing, Electrical and/or Building Department.

Principal Responsibilities;

Dealing with customer and tenant enquiries.
Generating purchase orders, raising invoices.
Scheduling of all works for which may include liaising with tenants, Team leaders, Trade Supervisors, appropriate Client personnel and trade staff.
Answering all telephone calls and logistics from assigned trades in the team.
Allocating appropriate resources within priority time frame of jobs raised, ensuring Contract works are completed within SLA.
Weekly/ Monthly reporting on all job activity.
General administration.
Auditing and Quality Management processes.
Other ad-hoc projects and duties as may be required.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications needed to be considered for this position;

Business Administration Certificate Level 3 or Equivalent Experience is ESSENTIAL!!
Sound knowledge of scheduling in accordance with HSA Service Delivery Standards, Technical Specifications and Maintenance Accommodation Standards.
Previous experience in a 360 or end to end role is highly regarded.
Experience within a busy, high demand, multi task role.
Previous experience generating purchase orders/ invoices is essential.
Experience working in a fast paced & challenging environment is ESSENTIAL!!
Outstanding computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise.
A positive "can do" attitude.
Great work ethic

Candidates who are experienced with the SA Government Housing Contract and have experience with the computer system 'Mainframe' will be highly regarded.
