Cardiorespiratory Unit

The Tamworth Cardiorespiratory Unit provides a range of Cardiology and Respiratory Diagnostic and Testing services to outpatients and inpatients of Tamworth Hospital. The Registered Nurse will become a part of a small team, that work closely with a Cardiac Sonographer, Cardiologist and Respiratory Physician.

The Registered Nurse in the Cardiorespiratory Unit is responsible for providing excellent patient centred care in order to maximise the health outcomes for the community.

As our ideal candidate you are a passionate, motivated and organised Registered Nurse. You will have an ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be able to understand the complex care of cardiac and respiratory patients, their families and carers.

To be eligible for employment in these roles you must be: an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or a citizen of another country with an appropriate visa that allows you to work in Australia.

If you currently hold a temporary visa that allows you to live and work in Australia you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.

An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part time and temporary full or part time vacancies.
