The Ideal Candidate should posses:

Previous retail and sales experience in a similar customer facing role
Excellent communication skills
Strong Retail sales skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced team environment whilst also being confident to work autonomously when required
A 'can-do' attitude with proven experience in multi-tasking and time management
Availability over the weekend is a MUST as it is a requirement of the role
Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous
Strong desire to deliver expectational customer service internally and externally
