We are currently working with a busy Federal Government department based in Kwinana. They are looking for an APS4 Business Support Officer to join their team on a 12 month contract with potential to extend.

Your new role
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

Perform moderately complex tasks and activities that support business activities across the industry
Respond to complex operational, procedural, and administrative enquires, providing advice and services as required
Understanding of relevant legislation, established principles, work practices and procedures
Work in collaboration with a dynamic team, contributing across meetings, working to achieve set objectives Communicate with a range of stakeholders, respond to needs and objections as required
Collect and analyse data to assist with written submissions, briefs, inquiry outcomes, corporate reports, minutes, and all other correspondence

What you'll need to succeed

Australian citizens only – mandatory
Previous experience in a similar APS3/4 position
Ability to commit to a full-time 12 month contract
