About the Opportunity

Located near the picturesque shores of beautiful Jervis Bay on the NSW south coast, Coastal Waters Aged Care presents seaside living at its best. Our home provides high quality care services to 126 beloved residents.

We are actively seeking experienced & dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team on a permanent & full-time basis. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with aged care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be required to commit to 76 hours/ fortnight and will be offered a rate between $30.55 and $42.15 (depending on experience).

About You

The successful applicants must have:

Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
Minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse
A passion for aged care – flexible and empathetic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of accreditation standards and ACFI is desirable
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to lead by example and effectively manage a large, diverse team
Availability to commit to permanent & full-time shifts is essential
