This role requires an experienced, dedicated Property Manager to commit to living onsite and managing the full portfolio of permanent rentals (60) within the complex as well as general upkeep for 108 apartments in total
The role will require someone who knows end-to-end Property Management like the back of their hand and can work unsupervised and autonomously, taking initiative and providing a premium service
Exciting, varied role - no two days will be the same
The role will require you to be flexible with your working hours but will still offer a healthy work/life balance even though you will be living onsite

The Ideal Candidate...

You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Onsite Property Manager
MUST have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Must have experience using CONSOLE or CONSOLE Cloud Experience
Immaculate presentation and a vibrant, friendly personality
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
Ability to work without supervision, taking initiative with a positive "can-do" attitude
