A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly reputable Integrator, and work on a diverse range of technical projects supporting the healthcare industry. Staff retention is high. Due to growth a new opportunity is available, hands-on leader of the Estimating team.

In your new role, heading up the Estimating team, you and your team will provide front line support to the sales team by providing estimation, take-offs, risk assessment and pricing of tender responses and quotations of systems and solutions. These solutions may include CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, paging, Security, WIFI, VOIP etc.

Your background should include:

Solid knowledge of Electrical estimating or exposure to technical solutions in any of the following areas: electrical, data, IT, BMS or security
Demonstrated leadership experience, leading by example
Ability to read specifications, schematics and single line diagrams
Experienced in preparation of documentation for sales, eg tenders, pricing information and reverse briefs
Strong attention to detail
Solutions focussed with a desire to make an impact

Naturally you will be commercially astute and have excellent written and oral communication skills, and comfortable working with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants and contractors. Any experience with Espro, Simpro highly regarded.
