In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation the Employer Branding and Early Talent strategy across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. You will play a vital role in differentiating ABB as an employer of choice across the region, with a focus on developing engagement of the Early Talent and Professional candidate population, and driving our brand presence through universities, relevant associations and digital platforms.

Your responsibilities

Design, deliver and implement the Employer Branding and Early Talent strategy.
Understand and scope business short- and medium-term needs around the early talent space and develop and/or enhance programs (graduates, apprenticeship, internships etc.).
Deploy local branding activities e.g. campaigns (internal and external); digital activities; events; career fairs; university partnerships; conferences etc.
Create and drive content to inspire and engage with early talents and professional hires (LinkedIn Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites).
Identify and build a strong external partnership (universities, student associations, relevant networks).
Building a network of skilled colleagues to act as Brand Ambassadors.
Recommends, develops, and assists in implementation of special projects as required at a global and regional level.

Your background

A Bachelor or master's degree in HR Management, Business, Marketing or Communication.
Strong Experience in Employer Branding Strategy and implementation.
Experience in driving internal / external campaigns.
Digital marketing across major Social Media channels.
Experience in the development and implementation of early talent programs (ie- apprenticeship, graduate, internship etc.)
Clear understanding of business priorities, and the ability to apply them in positioning of the employer value proposition with graduates.
Knowledge of the local University market and students' associations across ANZ/ SEA preferred.
Creative writing and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
