We have a unique permanent opportunity available for an experienced Functional Automation Specialist who has a background working within the Microsoft technology eco-system, with hands-on experience working with the Power Automate platform.

Ideally, you would have a strong passion for delivering automation solutions with experience working with popular platforms such as Microsoft's Power Automate and other platforms such as Tray.io.
This is a hybrid position that combines elements of technical Business Analysis, requirements gathering, technical analysis, workflow analysis, automation enhancements by leveraging your scripting & coding skills, as well as interacting with senior business stakeholders in a transformation environment.

You will be tasked with understanding 1000’s of business process and workflows that have recently been identified, and to deliver automation solutions across those processes and workflows which include areas such as HR, Finance, Operations, with a focus on reducing manual processes and interactions with new automated solutions.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for experienced Automation Consultant’s and Technical BA type people who have the ability to play a hands-on role to deliver the automation improvements, and you would require scripting & coding experience to be able to effectively support the technical requirements of this position using the Power Automate platform.

Skills & experience that would make you a suitable candidate:

Proven experience working within the Microsoft technology stack and eco-system, including Office365, Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics etc..
Experience working with automation platforms such as Tray.io.
Experience working in a Business Analyst type capacity where you have been tasked with engaging SME’s and stakeholders for requirements gathering and process mapping.
Proven technical skills and experience working with Microsoft’s Power Automate platform, (Power Apps, Power Automate / Flow and Power BI)
A background focused on process improvement and automation of business and functional processes.
Experience working with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Coding and scripting skills – Python, PowerShell etc…
Team leadership experience to be able to manage up to 2 direct reports.
Excellent communication skills in being able to deal with business stakeholders and Manager’s within the business.
Proactive self-starter type attitude to be able to work autonomously and independently to deliver success project outcomes.
