A rare opportunity has become available in our pre-owned vehicle sales team for a self-motivated, customer-centric sales professional with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding sales benchmarks. You will work proactively towards a range of targets and possess a natural drive to capitalise on every opportunity for new and repeat business. As a “people person” with a natural affinity for quickly establishing genuine rapport with a diverse customer base, you will contribute to an organisational culture defined by trust, integrity, energy and high performance. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively across the vehicle sales, after-care, finance and insurance departments.

Other essential competencies and personal attributes include technical aptitude, high-level organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a results-oriented approach. Commercial acumen, drive and enthusiasm are necessary as well as the ability to create an outstanding customer experience from the first impression right through to the last. Excellent training will be provided and an attractive remuneration package is on offer.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $99,999 base and commission plus car.
