About the role:
Permanent part-time opportunity to work 68 hours per fortnight along with working an additional 6 hours one fortnight a month. You will be based on site at the acute medical and surgical Mulgrave Private Hospital.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharges
Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicine

About you:We are seeking a compassionate Pharmacist who is highly driven to deliver the best possible care to patients and able to work as part of a team. With previous experience working in an Australian based pharmacy, you will have developed high attention to detail and effective time management and organisational skills.

Hospital experience not required to succeed in this role, we will provide necessary training.
