This company operates in a niche part of the industry. Servicing specific clients such as various Police departments, Security, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and many more. They provide a wide range of products such a bags, eyewear, safety equipment, gloves, belts, clothing, boots, ID holders and wallets, vests, and many other accessories that these departments use daily.

POSITION

This position has been created due to growth and will be responsible for using their industrial, flatbed and walking feet sewing machines to assemble load-bearing vests which are used by police and security personnel across Australia. Throughout the process of assembly, you will also be responsible for using binding and bar tacking machines to complete the garments.

Sew and assemble pre-cut parts, including installation of zips, pockets and pouches on load-bearing vests.
Working in a small manufacturing team for are all very passionate about the company they work for.

PERSON

To be a success in this role you will ideally have 1 – 3 years of industrial sewing experience and enjoy working in a team! This role is perfectly suited to someone who is looking for further develop their sewing skills with a growing Australian manufacturer.
