Position Description:

Our client is seeking a suitably qualified contract facilitator to deliver the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment program.

Duties:

deliver innovative, engaging, and motivating sessions
demonstrate initiative and work independently
have a flexible approach to addressing learner needs
have a professional approach and be a team player
using Moodle based learning platforms
review training and assessment material, contextualising, and quality control
participating in validation and moderation

Essential requirements:

hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
hold either a current TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development, or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or a higher-level qualification in adult education
demonstrate VET currency and industry competency
reviewing training and assessment material, contextualising and quality control
