The Role

* In-home client visits

* Environmental and functional assessments
* Provide a variety of rehabilitation programs
* Provide a range of home modifications
* Equipment prescriptions
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to formulate need-specific care plans
* Provide high-quality and accurate reports

Requirements/Skills

* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Full AHPRA registration
* Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
* Current drivers license
* Aged care experience desirable
* NDIS experience highly regarded
