Anexciting opportunity exists to join a high performance team within our
AutoFinance group to continue to drive strong business results and
customeradvocacy. This is a key role which will see you leverage your passion
for autofinance and proven track record in sales to drive growth and customer
advocacyacross a large portfolio of dealer accounts. You will actively
maintain aportfolio of clients, as well as identify and refer opportunities to
cross sellto the boarder St George business.

**Your role**

In thisposition you will be accountable for:

* Managing and growing a dealer customer base by maintaining and settling quality business
* Building customer advocacy and segment growth by focusing on earning all of our customers business
* Delivering results by proactively identifying opportunities to cross sell to the broader St George business
* Developing and maintaining strong effective working relationships with all internal business partners and stakeholders including sales support and credit
* Contributing to overall team results and provide guidance and support for the team as needed

Reportingto the State Manager, St George Auto Finance, this role contributes
to theachievement of key balanced scorecard outcomes for the St George
Business Bank.This includes profit, revenue, customer advocacy and
effectiveness in earningall of our customers' business
