We run three businesses under a corporate business structure. Around 10 Staff directly work with us. Our Business has achieved a 32% growth in the last seven months. We are expecting around 100% growth in the next 12 months. For meeting this upcoming and current workload; we are looking an individual who has a positive attitude and results oriented rather than chooses the lifestyle.

Who You Are: One of my colleagues and I were working until midnight for submitting a tender. You are result-oriented not work by the clock. You have an attitude to support the team and take the work pressure rather than shifting work to someone.

Your responsibility:

Preparation for business plan and forecast.
Daily email check and contact with the customer.
Preparation of business activity statement (BAS).
Liaising with clients for collecting information.
Preparation, reconciliation and balance of financial statements for distribution.
Liaising with creditors and debtors regarding account enquiries.
Accounting maintenance and other administrative tasks as required.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Prepare and submit weekly & monthly reports.

Special responsibility:

You will understand all of our business units’ operation & support our Operation Manager as much as he needs. If he requests anything that needs to be done at priority.
