Our Technologies team provide comprehensive technology consulting, design, managed services, implementation, maintenance and operations capabilities to deliver significant, sustainable improvements to our client’s operations. The team work across a variety of projects from automation and optimisation, industrial communications, IP solutions, transport technology, remote operations and security.

Our Technologies team provide end-to-end services to ensure integration of operational critical technology in industrial and harsh remote environments through to urban environments.

OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Graduate Program is the most important part of your journey with us. It is also a journey in itself. Over two years you will have the opportunity to combine on-the-job learning, professional and technical training, with mentoring and unique development opportunities. You will be empowered to work on challenging real-world projects, with the assistance of your experienced mentor. At the end of your Program, you will be ready for a challenging and rewarding career with Calibre Group!

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful for this role, you will have 0-1 years’ experience and have recently graduated or about to with relevant tertiary qualifications in Automation / Communications. You will have a keen interest in pursuing a career with Calibre, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment.
