The Company
Our client is an innovative organisation and a leader within Industrial Project Management. Due to an increase in projects they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their highly successful business

The role
Due to continued growth our client is looking for an APM who is looking for a long term career on the client-side.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Junior PM within either a Developer, Head Contractor or Project Management consultancy.

The requirements

Degree qualifications within Construction, Ideally Ba in Cons Management.
Around 3 – 4 year’s plus post graduate experience., to include previous experience working as an APM / Junior PM with a Client Side Consultancy, Developer or Industrial Head Contractor.
Strong all round Pm skills to include Contract Administration, Stakeholder Coordination, Budget Management, Liaising with Government Authorities and Project Delivery.
Previous exposure within High Technology Industrial Warehousing will be well regarded.
