The purpose of the position is to provide quality support to management, staff and other stakeholders on application support and rostering services across all business areas of the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service.

As the HR Assistant Advisor (Rostering Services), you will support the implementation of necessary reforms to existing systems and practices within the rostering functions, including systems and strategy to support reform, education and consistency across the health service.

You will take responsibility for

* Building HR delegate and manager capability
* Providing subject matter consultation on rostering platforms
* Advisory services on legislation, policies, practices and business requirements

Requirements for the role

* Whilst not mandatory, experience in information reporting within a complex health organisation would be well regarded
