This leading government agency are currently seeking a motivated Business Coordinator

Your new company
A government organisation requires an adaptable and experienced Business Coordinator for a 6 month assignment with potential to extend.

Your new role
Your duties will include:

Assisting the Manager Ministerial Services in managing the effective collation of information from divisions to ensure that Ministerial briefings and correspondence are complete, accurate and timely
Managing the timely development of meeting documentation
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Championing the issues-management operating model through the continuous improvement of processes
Monitoring emerging issues, trends and changes in the environment to anticipate shifts in the information and knowledge management and to proactively meet stakeholder requests
Promoting the Office of the Deputy Secretary's reputation as a trusted adviser

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will have well-developed communication and facilitation skills as well as the ability to work independently and prioritise work to meet deadlines. You will be confident in your ability to engage with various stakeholders at all levels across the business. Previous experience in a similar role working within a NSW Public Sector environment will be looked upon favourably.

What you'll get in return
In return for your dedication and hard work you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $50 - $55 in a 6-month assignment with the opportunity to extend for the right individual.
