Smartsoftware have over 20 years of international experience in providing Deltek’s ERP software and services to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Project Services sectors.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time experienced, reliable and self-motived HR Systems Business Analyst to support our Deltek Talent business development team across NSW and QLD in particular.

As a member of the Talent Division you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in building Proof of Concepts during presales and analysing client HR business processes during implementation.

Specifically, this role will include:

Documenting features and configuration of the Deltek HCM platform for clients.
Develop functional specifications for use by development team for enhancement requests
Testing of the application and processes in support of implementation team
Assist South African business partner in assessing local needs for Compensation module

You will report to: Director, Business Development Manager

Our ideal candidate will have the following specialist skills, knowledge and experience:

Prerequisite: Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Deltek HR Systems Business Analyst with a SaaS based configurable software solution understanding
Prerequisite: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR process mapping for recruitment, performance, career development , learning, HR content, succession planning and predictive analytics for talent management
Preferred: Knowledge on Deltek HCM’s API integration with Deltek ERP’s, job boards and social media interfaces.
Preferred: Technical and human resource knowledge
Advantageous: Experience in business analysis of compensation models for Southern African region
