The Role

As a key player in the newly formed team, you will be responsible for developing a robust, resilient and costed product architecture strategy that leverages varied existing platforms whilst providing the capabilities required to support the business strategy

Responsibilities:

business ownership of platforms on which products are built
strategic input and support to new projects and initiatives with billing implications
manage billing process and issues resolution
reporting and analysis of revenue

Customer experience strategic focus - for product technical architecture and billing. You will drive key initiatives in:

Developing, managing, and optimising platform strategy for product architecture
Ensuring that billing positively impacts the NPS statistics

Accountabilities:

B2B platform strategy
Ensure product solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable and focused on best practice standards for architecture, security and support
Hands-on approach to solutions development lifecycle to demonstrate ownership and accountability of the entire solution delivery process
Leverage and challenge existing IT infrastructure environment creating new, more modern architectures supporting future strategies and evolving needs
Set Product’s Customer Experience strategy
Reduce cost of billing complaints
Provide subject matter expertise in division billing strategy

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

At least 7 years’ experience in product architecture design/billing production / IT functions, as well as technical product delivery
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Product/ IT or similar
Extensive experience in complex billing systems & processes (both legacy and new), especially around real-time data feeds
Negotiation skills with vendors, regulatory bodies etc
Change management experience
Proven track record in successfully delivering on an organisation's objectives, in a complex, matrixed organisation
Excellent stakeholder management skills, working in a complex environment
Commercial, technical and customer savvy
Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
