About the role:
Want to help your community impacted by COVID-19? The Energy Social Programs help those having difficulty paying household energy bills.

Coordinate our team to deliver high quality customer service and administration to assess customers for eligibility for Energy Social Program vouchers. Our call centre is a fun, fast paced environment working with energy retailers to assist customers and issue vouchers and reports. In this role you will report to a Team Lead, to provide support to a team of up to 9 assessment officers, coordinating team members, registering and allocating work, data entry, project work and taking customer escalations.

We will provide you with full training, new skills and modern new offices close Parramatta station. You will be required to work Monday through to Friday from 9am to 5pm onsite.

Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will have:

Quality customer service & coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume call centre environment.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and can-do attitude

The new Cluster will drive for greater levels of integration and efficiency across key areas such as long term planning, precincts, housing, property, infrastructure priorities, open space, the environment, our natural resources – land, water, mining – energy, and growing our industries. In particular, there will be a redoubling of emphasis on regional NSW.
