We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join one of the most respected agencies in Melbourne. Focused on achieving outstanding results and securing long term relationships with their clients and staff, this is an exciting opportunity to join a great business built on loyalty & trust!

The Role:

Working Monday - Friday with 1 in 5 Saturdays, this is an opportunity to take the next step in your career. You will be involved in managing a portfolio locally in Richmond. Your key responsibilities will include:

General portfolio management - 150 properties
Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
Arrears management
Building and maintaining relationships
In goings, outgoings and routine inspections
Liaising with landlords and tenants

Previous experience in Property Management
Agents Representative Certificate
Drivers license and car
