We are currently seeking an experienced aged care Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) to oversee the operations of this lovely, medium-sized aged care residence located in New South Wales' Hunter region. Reporting up to experienced Executive Managers, you will enjoy support from external ACFI, Quality, HR & Operations teams whilst leading a small team of skilled Clinical Managers and experienced aged care Registered Nurses on at all times. This is a terrific opportunity to join a values-driven aged care provider known for supporting & developing their aged care Residential Managers. THE ROLE:
As the Aged Care Director of Nursing, you will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their loyal residents are receiving an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards & Organisational Objectives.

The Requirements:

Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
At least 3 years of aged care management experience
Proven operational leadership skills & experience
Valid Police Clearance
Valid Driver's Licence
