About the

role Online Banking Specialist| Product Owner |12 Month

Fixed Term Contract

This is an exciting

opportunity to join Greater Banks marketing team as an

Online Banking Product Owner to manage the implementation of the

Online Banking and Mobile Application strategy. You will

provide both Business Analyst and UX expertise to implement new

features within the Online Banking roadmap.

Ensures

delivery of optimal outcomes through the effective engagement

and coordination of internal and external

stakeholders

Facilitates

and or participate in stand-ups to provide project updates to

key stakeholders

Clarifies and

challenges requirements to adopt creative/progressive solution

definition and delivery approaches

Ensures

appropriate initiative, due diligence and risk management is

maintained

Collaborates

with appropriate stakeholders to manage the impact of change in

order to successfully deliver ultimate outcomes and minimise

business disruption

Manages

project registers for actions, risks, issues and

decisions

Utilises tools

to manage projects ,including the Atlassian project suite,

including JIRA and Confluence

What

were looking for

A passionate Online

Banking Product Owner/Business Analyst/UX Design Specialist to

manage the implementation of new features to Greater Banks

digital banking platform across desktop, mobile and

apps.

You will be a

crucial change agent who will transform our product portfolio and

deliver strategic and transformative initiatives that delight our

customers and demonstrate the following experience:

Expert

communication skills

Experienced in

engagement with all team members and key

stakeholders

experience as a Product Owner, or experience as a Product

Manager who is comfortable working as a key team member within

delivery teams as opposed to directing / managing delivery

teams

Experience

with or understanding of Lean Start-up or Agile/Lean for

product development would be an advantage. Similarly,

experience in design thinking or related disciplines will be

highly regarded

Vendor

management skills or experience working in a vendor / system

integrator environment would be advantageous

Commercial

acumen and experience validating a problem space to ensure

meaningful, valuable solutions are delivered

Project

Online, Power BI, JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications

in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications or

IT.
