The Role:

This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth. Would suit a residential Sales Agent or Associate looking for something left of centre. Working with other top-performing Buyers Agents, you will be responsible for:

Researching properties throughout Brisbane
Taking briefs from clients
Managing client database
Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
Advertising properties online
Handling all email and telephone inquiries
Arranging face to face telephone appointments
Assisting with administration and document execution

The Candidate:

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Brisbane)
Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
