Employment term: Permanent Full Time and Part Time Role
Salary $65,000-$120,000 plus generous vehicle options
Location: Albury
As a therapist engaging with participants across the lifespan, you will work within your scope of practice to achieve the below outcomes:

Develop, plan and conduct therapy sessions within the participants natural environment that aligns with the Social Model – both face to face and online.
Identify the facilitators and barriers within a person’s environment (attitudinal, social and physical) with meaningful and impactful goals.
Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and discuss outcomes with participants, family and key stakeholders.
Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies.
Be supported and provided mentoring and coaching along with the ability to craft your career path.
Attend weekly meetings either face to face or online.
