What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Liverpool Director Redevelopment and working as part of a team, the incumbent will assess and manage project planning, designing, transitioning and commissioning requirements for the Liverpool Hospital Redevelopment project.
The Redevelopment Operations Manager will use broad multidisciplinary clinical experience and expertise to engage with clinical leaders and teams to ensure that the planning, designing, change and transitioning initiatives are contemporary, support leading care, comply with NSW health policies and guidelines and deliver on SWSLHD and local strategic and project priorities.

The incumbent will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure capital works and change is undertaken with minimal disruption to hospital business whilst delivering project outcomes within scope, time frames and budgets.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Nurse, Allied Health Practitioner or qualifications as accepted by relevant association.Extensive knowledge and experience in complex acute health care facilities, including demonstrated experience and leadership in policy, planning and service development.Demonstrated experience in implementing contemporary clinical models of care and evidence based practice standards including analysis and resolution of complex issues.Project management experience delivering outcomes on time and within budget in a complex healthcare environment.Demonstrated experience in effective change in a clinical environment that considers clinical and operational risks.Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic and operational documentation including reports, briefs, plans and risk assessments.Highly developed analytical, critical appraisal, interpretation and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with key clinical leaders, project, facility, Local Health District and external stakeholders.
