We are currently seeking an experienced aged care Clinical Care Coordinator to oversee the clinical care within this modern, medium-sized aged care residence located near Rockdale in the St George region of southern Sydney. Reporting up to a Facility Manager, you will enjoy support from external ACFI, Quality, HR & Operations teams whilst leading a team of experienced aged care Registered Nurses on at all times. THE ROLE:
The purpose of the Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator position is to support the Director of Nursing with responsibilities including but not limited to resident care, staff management, accreditation, ACFI funding and continuous quality improvement.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
Previous Clinical Care Leadership experience in aged care
Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
Valid Police Check
Valid Drivers Licence
