Sales and Contracts Administrator – Property and Construction

$38 per hour | 38 hrs per week

About the Company

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their high volume, high performing team. You will be required to work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday out of the office situated in Norwest Business Park with flexibility.

About the role

Provide administrative support to Sales team
Lodge paperwork to council departments
Prepare documents and binding presentations, sales correspondence and Development applications
Managing inbox
General administration support
Prepare contracts
Follow up on contracts and paperwork
Reporting into excel

About you

Proficiency to work effectively as a member of a team and independently to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Demonstrated experience in a primary customer service providing high standards of professional support
Strong focus on customer service and a can-do attitude
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge or prior experience in a contracts administrator or sales administration role within Construction industry highly regarded.
